An Hour Seems An Eternity

For some strange reason I wanted to write a “serious” poem attempting to use the same end rhyme scheme throughout.   It wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be without sounding childish or contrived.  I’m not too sure I succeeded but I will leave that up to you.  I hope you enjoy it.
